Legal expertise of draft laws and laws in 2015

In 2015 the Institute for Monitoring of Current Legislation under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a number of legal expertise, as a result of which had trained more than 80 expert assessments and conclusions. Expert assessment and conclusions of the Institute are purely advisory in nature. An analysis of the adopted laws and conclusions, presented by the Institute showed that more than 80% of the proposals of the Institute were considered by the subjects of the legislative initiative in the subsequent revision bills.
